Information you provide

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and message. We use it to respond to inquiries about KBM, music, bookings, press, and business opportunities. Please do not send sensitive personal information through ordinary email.

Website operations and security

Our website hosting and security providers may process technical information necessary to serve and protect the site. This may include your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, approximate location inferred from your connection, and request times. Such information can be used for reliability, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and security.

Embedded music, video, and other websites

Our site includes music and video players from services such as YouTube and Spotify. When you load or interact with an embedded player, those providers may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can review the Google/YouTube privacy policy and Spotify privacy policy.

Links to services such as Fourthwall, Apple Music, Google Maps, Instagram, and TikTok take you to third-party websites. If you purchase merchandise, the store provider handles checkout; this site does not directly collect payment-card information. Those providers are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Join the Pack email list and fan downloads

If you choose to join the KBM email list, we save the email address you enter, your consent version and time, signup-source category, and subscription status. We use these records to manage requests for future KBM music, release and merchandise updates. Email ownership has not yet been verified, and automated email sending is not connected. Your Fan Pack download is delivered on the website immediately after a successful signup. Email addresses are not published on the website or included in engagement measurements.

You can unsubscribe here at any time. Previously unsubscribed addresses are not automatically added back by a repeat signup. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your signup information. The owner can export active signup requests to manage the list; any future email provider will be described here when connected.

Anonymous engagement measurement and your choice

We use a first-party database hosted with this site to keep aggregate daily counts of page views, signup invitations, freestyle play clicks, measured playback starts and completions, install actions, saved signup requests and reward-download unlocks. Counts include the page path and a broad traffic-source category, such as Instagram, YouTube or direct. The engagement records do not include your email address, raw IP address, full referrer, fingerprint, or persistent visitor identifier. They do not identify returning visitors or unique people. No Google Analytics or AdSense tag is enabled.

Optional browser engagement measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn it off in this browser using the control below. Necessary operational records, such as a signup you submit or a reward download, are still saved to deliver and manage that service.

Browser storage and abuse prevention

After signup, a secure, HTTP-only download-access cookie keeps your Fan Pack available in that browser for up to 30 days. We store the hash of that access token on the server. Local storage remembers your measurement opt-out preference, and session storage may hold a broad referral category and an app-session flag; these values are not a personal visitor ID. To limit repeated abusive requests, the server temporarily keeps a keyed, hourly signature derived from the connection address. The raw address is not stored in our signup or engagement tables, and the signature expires within two hours. Hosting and embedded-media providers may process connection information under their own policies.

Information handling and your choices

We use contact information for legitimate business communication and keep messages for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose of the inquiry, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us by contacting neveroffcenter@gmail.com; some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

Children

This website is intended for a general music audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
